All Aluminum ISO Flanges

Atlas precision-machined All-Aluminum ISO Flanges, available in quick release, claw, and bolt configurations, are ideally suited for high vacuum (HV) applications in semiconductor, magnetic, nuclear, medical, aerospace and chemically corrosive environments. 

ISO quick release flanges  are manufactured to exceed HV standards and offer superior vacuum performance. They are designed to ISO 2861/1 flange specifications and are compatible with existing third-party ISO flanges and components. ISO claw and bolt flanges are designed for large tube diameters from 2.5 to 20” (63 to 500mm).

Additionally, the weld neck portion of our weld neck line is thicker than stainless ISO quick-release flanges and other aluminum ISOs copied from stainless models.
