Our bonds have been used in some of the highest man-made vacuums ever produced (-14 Torr) and in the most difficult to seal applications (super fluidic helium, for example). Our parts are used extensively in semiconductor fabrication, particle physics, medical, nuclear, cryogenic, oil and gas, and many other applications.

Much of what we do involves custom bimetallic solutions for OEMs. We typically work closely with engineers and product developers to understand your specific needs. We then work together with you to apply this knowledge to get your ideal outcome.

Often our EXW bond tensile strengths can exceed the weaker of the two materials. Our explosion bonds also have a natural wave that can be used to increase the surface area. This increases strength and heat transfer across the bond. Our diffusion bonds are able to bond net finished machined components with very little distortion or deformation.
