Atlas Al/SS CF™ Flange
When size requirements for demountable flanges exceed that of standard Atlas CF™ flanges, larger Atlas Wire-Seal flanges allow the utilization of the many superior vacuum, physical, chemical and nuclear properties of UHV aluminum vacuum chambers. The back bevel on the knife-edge improves the seal by making it more tolerant to thermal cycles, as well as enhancing its durability.

The Atlas CFTI™: The time-tested reliability of the ConFlat® (CF) with body and knife-edge sealed titanium (Ti) is well established. Weld the CFTI™ flange to a titanium vacuum chamber and it becomes a completely Non-Magnetic system.
Atlas Bimetal Ti/Al CF™ Flange
The Atlas CFTA™ aluminum flange body bonded to titanium uses the time-tested reliability of the ConFlat® knife-edge seal to deliver a non-magnetic, low Z, low nuclear activation, and lightweight flange enabling the use of aluminum UHV systems used in sensitive environments like cyclotrons and nuclear reactors.
Foil Window Flange
Low cost and replaceable window metals made into a thin foil can be gripped by the Foil Window Flange (FWF). The pressure differential to each side of the foil allows the FWF to grip the foil into a drum-like tensioned head made of thin foil trapped between the FWF and a CF flange and copper gasket. When connected to a vacuum conduit the FWF isolates two vacuum regimes.

Atlas Bimetal Ti/SS CF™ Flange
The Ti/SS Bimetal CF Flange offers metal sealing for titanium vacuum chambers which typically present a particular challenge in Extreme High Vacuum (XHV). When an XHV chamber connects to standard vacuum components, gate valves, or vacuum pumps these components have stainless steel connecting flanges.
